Working with Contracting PLUS

If you are a client of Contracting PLUS you can submit friend/colleague referrals via your Contracting Plus portal. Please login to your online Contracting Plus account here

You will see the ‘Refer a friend’ option available on your sidebar. Please select this and enter the necessary information. There is a reward for every new Contractor you refer to us. Your Dedicated Account Manager will give you the details on how the scheme works

We have developed software to make this process as simple and efficient for you as possible. You can use the online web portal click here or simply download the Contracting PLUS App, FREE from the App store for mobile upload.

Once your client has paid your invoice, we will deduct your taxes, adjust your pay to reflect expenses and fees and then your pay will be immediately transferred to your bank. Contracting PLUS pays you as soon as we receive the monies from your client.

Contracting Plus has partnered with Laya healthcare. As a member of the Contracting PLUS Affinity scheme you can avail of a 10% discount on Assure Vitality for you, your  partner/spouse and dependent children. Your Dedicated Account Manager will be happy to help you if you have any queries.

The Revenue Commissioner’s Small Benefit Exemption Scheme allows Contractors to claim a non-cash bonus of up to €500 each year. The cost of the purchase is on a tax-free basis and will be exempt from PAYE, USC and PRSI.

Normally Contractors can purchase only one voucher to the value of €500 to fully avail of the scheme. However government regulations during Covid 19 has allowed for multiple purchase of vouchers to make up the €500. The total value cannot exceed €500.
Contracting Plus and Me2You have teamed up so that our contractors can easily avail of the Small Benefit Exemption Scheme. Gift cards can be purchased here via our portal. If you choose to purchase vouchers from other retailers, please ensure that the receipt is made out to your Umbrella Company. Talk to your Dedicated Account Manager if you require any assistance.

Employer’s Liability, Public Liability and Professional Indemnity, are included when you choose Contracting PLUS as your service provider.

If you are using an Umbrella Company, you must resign as a director when you no longer need to use the service. There is no associated charge to do this.

If you have a Personal Limited Company you have a legal responsibility to close the company. You can contact your Dedicated Account Manager for more information and any help you may need in relation to this.

Yes; that’s no problem. We understand that things can change (maybe your role has extended, maybe you’re scaling back your work hours, maybe you want to build up funds) so whatever the reason, if your circumstances change, then you can move freely between the different solutions on offer from Contracting PLUS at no additional cost. Simply contact the team to discuss your changing circumstances.

It’s a very simple process and usually you can be set up with an Umbrella Company within a few hours.

No. There is no requirement to stay in an Umbrella Company for any time longer than you need it. Just let us know when your Contract finishes and we can ensure that everything is closed off. At Contracting PLUS there are no additional close down costs. Just talk to your Dedicated Account Manager and they will be happy to help.
